Bookings will be made via phone, email or through Anna’s online scheduler. Anna’s business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday.
All prices listed on this website are subject to change at any time without notice, with immediate effect.
1:1 Style Strategy Sessions, Personal Branding Pre-Shoot Consultations, Get Me Results Package and Makeup Lesson
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of these services. The client will receive a digital invoice once a date and time and has been mutually agreed upon by Anna and the client. Payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. If payment is not made at least 48 hours before the mutually agreed session time, the session will automatically be cancelled. Clients can pay via the digital invoice, or via a direct bank transfer.
Personal Shopping, Wardrobe Edit and Outfit Creation
The full minimum amount for each service is due prior to commencement of service.

Any additional hours Anna spends serving the client for any of the above services will be billed separately, after completion of the service. ‘Additional hours’ are any services that are not included in the minimum service amount, and will be billed at $180/hour (with the exception of Personal Branding Shoot On-Set Assistance which is billed at $100/hr). Anna will have previously received the client’s consent in writing to bill for these additional hours, and Anna will also document and track these additional hours using a time tracking app.
If the number of additional hours logged do not amount to a whole number, the amount billed to the client will be rounded down to the nearest 15 minutes.
If the client fails to pay for invoiced ‘additional hours’ by the due date (7 days from the completion of additional services), the amount due will incur a 10% penalty for each week thereafter that the amount is left unpaid.
Clients can pay via the digital invoice, or via direct bank transfer.
Shopping Budget
The billed amount of Anna’s services does not include the cost of any garments or accessories the client may purchase as a result of Anna’s recommendations. This cost is separate to the price of Anna’s Image & Styling Services. How much a client spends on clothing and accessories is solely up to the discretion of the client, and Anna bears no responsibility for the amount that the client chooses to spend. Anna’s recommendations are just that – recommendations only. Receiving refunds for any clothing purchased by the client is the sole responsibility of the client.
There are no refunds issued on services once they have commenced or been completed. Commencement of services includes Anna having commenced research/shopping for the client according to their agreement, or having started a Zoom or in-person consultation.
If for any reason the client needs to cancel their session, they are welcome to a full refund, provided more than 48 hours notice is given. However, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours ahead of the appointment, 50% of the service amount will be charged to the client.
If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.
If the client is unable to attend their session and less than 48 hours notice is given, they will incur a 15% rebooking fee (15% of the stated service cost).
If more than 48 hours notice is given and the client needs to reschedule their session, a credit is issued and is valid for up to 6 months from making the initial booking.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to Anna’s availability. As sessions are booked weeks or months in advance, the client’s preferred rescheduled date will depend on availability at the time of rescheduling.
If Anna needs to reschedule a session, she will do so more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time.
If the client is running less than 15 minutes late to their session, this time will be taken from their session and we will continue with the time we have once they arrive.
If they arrive between 15 and 30 minutes late, a 50% rebooking fee will apply and the session will be conducted at the date and time of the new booking.
If they arrive after 30 minutes, it will be treated as a missed session and no refund will be issued.
Whilst research and session planning is conducted for each session, Anna cannot guarantee product availability, sizes or stock available in stores at the time of your session. We can only shop for what is available at the time of your session.
For Online Personal Shopping, Anna cannot guarantee the online retailer will still have items in stock at the time of your purchase. Anna will have checked every item she recommends on the ShopShareTV platform for current sizing availability prior to recommending it.
Anna is not responsible for any items that are purchased in store or online from retailers.
Intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the documents and/or videos that you may receive as an inclusion of your package. Image & Style Guides, PDFs, recordings of consultations on Zoom or during a face to face session or any other information shared with you during or upon completion of your session are not to be redistributed to third parties without written consent from Anna.
